Job Description: UX Designer Expert

Position Overview:
Consumer Services at our Connected Solutions division is responsible for end-user services, from ideation to development and operation. Together with our partners and customers, we create value through exceptional user experiences and business-enhancing services and products.

We are seeking a UX Designer Expert to join our UX team on an exciting journey ahead. Our team comprises approximately 30 highly skilled designers dedicated to delivering world-class user experiences for our digital products. Designers are integral to all customer-facing developments, providing design expertise to product teams while collaborating with product owners, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

• Champion end-users by gaining a deep understanding of their work and challenges through quantitative and qualitative research to generate actionable insights.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and product teams to gather knowledge, generate ideas, and design solutions.
• Set effect goals for products, formalize hypotheses, and measure success post-launch.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes optimized for various devices and interfaces, ensuring intuitive user experiences.
• Deliver detailed UI designs for products and development teams.
• Contribute to improving the team’s design practices and guide colleagues in enhancing their design thinking capabilities.

• Adept at handling high-level vision and service design as well as detailed execution.

• Self-driven, confident in leading discussions and workshops, with a proactive and energetic attitude.
• Experienced in graphic/visual design, usability research, and designing complex user workflows.
• Familiar with designing software and digital services, with an interest in the transportation industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Expert: position typically requires 10 years or more relevant experience
