Venue Manager

Steampunk Surfers Paradise a busy high profile cocktail bar & restaurant located in the heart of Surfers Paradise is looking for its next management superstar.

In this role you will take care of the daily operations of our bar and restaurant as well as contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

Applicants must:

• Hold an extensive knowledge of restaurant service operations
• Have proven experience in managing a fast-paced venue
• Have the ability to lead, train and motivate a large team
• Be truly passionate about hospitality and providing top quality service
• Have a current RSA, RMLV and Approved Managers License, or willing to obtain.
• Be a permanent Australian resident
• Be available nights & weekends
