Veterinary Receptionist

Healing Arts Veterinary Center is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to join our incredible team!

As the face of our hospital, our Client Service Representatives play a vital role in creating a warm, welcoming, and compassionate experience for every client and patient. You’ll be the first impression of our practice—building trust, providing support, and ensuring each visit starts on a positive note.

About the Role:

In this position, you will:

• Schedule appointments and manage daily workflow

• Provide empathetic, high-quality customer service both in person and over the phone

• Handle a multi-line phone system while assisting clients at the front desk

• Process payments and financial transactions accurately

• Answer client questions and provide information about our services

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

Schedule:

This is a full-time, flexible position with a 4/10 schedule.

• Availability needed Monday–Friday
• Every other Saturday required

Minimum Qualifications & Skill Set:

• Minimum of 2+ years of client service experience in veterinary medicine
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a genuine love for animals
• Strong multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
• Experience with Cornerstone is a plus!
