Scope
The Technology team at Houlihan Lokey is looking to add a Vice President in Stockholm.

Responsibilities
You will:
- Lead the execution of Technology transactions
- Develop and review financial models including database systems
- Coordinate and perform business due diligence, lead and execute M&A transactions
- Prepare confidential information memoranda, management presentations, marketing pitches and other presentations
- Manage and develop the junior team
- Build relationships and maintain direct contact with clients, prospective clients and professional advisors
- Acting as a key client contact on transactions, leading client meetings and playing a significant role in pitches
- Assist in initiating and extending group marketing and client development efforts
Requirements / Qualifications
- 6-8 years’ experience in Investment Banking / Corporate Finance
- Experience in the Technology sector favourably regarded, including completion of sell side mandates
- Strong execution experience on end-to-end deals (closed deal experience)
- Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring Analysts and Associates
- Must have the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of accounting and applied financial theory
- Strong work ethic, organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Strategic mindset and strong sector insight with the ability to suggest the best solutions for our clients
- Motivated, creative, outgoing and possess strong skills in financial analysis
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to grow our business and act entrepreneurially
