Vice President Of Finance – Multi-Unit Corporate Restaurant Experience

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven VP of Finance with strong leadership and multi-unit corporate restaurant experience to join our team. This role requires a decisive finance leader who can drive financial strategy, optimize performance, and support business growth across a 30-40+ unit corporate-owned restaurant operation.

Qualifications:

• Recent VP-level (or strong Director/SVP) experience in Finance/Accounting within a corporate restaurant group (mid-sized or larger preferred).
• Multi-unit, corporate-owned restaurant experience is required
• Proven career progression with strong tenure
• Extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and financial strategy.
• Hands-on leader who makes key financial decisions and influences executive strategy.
• Experience overseeing 30-40+ corporate restaurant locations.
• Must be willing to relocate

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
• Develop and execute financial strategies to support business growth and long-term success.
• Provide executive-level leadership, guiding the finance team and partnering with operations leadership.
• Ensure compliance, risk management, and financial reporting accuracy.
