Videographer / Video Editor Skills Requirement

We are looking for a Junior Videographer / Video Editor who can help shoot and edit simple, clean, and on-brand videos for ads, social media, product releases, and campaign content.

Starting Salary Package: ₱18,000 – ₱22,000
Depending on skill level, experience, and output quality.

Requirements

• Can shoot and edit short videos for fashion, lifestyle, and e-commerce content.
• Can produce around 20 short videos per week, depending on the weekly content plan.
• Short-form videos are usually around 10–15 seconds.
• UGC-style videos are usually around 40 seconds to 1 minute and 30 seconds max.
• Has basic knowledge in using a camera or phone for video shoots.
• Has basic understanding of lighting, angles, framing, and composition.
• Can help shoot product videos, model videos, flatlay videos, outfit clips, and product detail shots.
• Can edit videos in a clean and aesthetic style.
• Can add simple text, captions, transitions, basic motion graphics, product photos, symbols, or other visuals when needed.
• Can use CapCut, Premiere Pro, or other similar video editing software.
• Willing to assist in creative planning by suggesting simple video ideas, shoot angles, transitions, and editing styles.
• Can understand instructions, deadlines, revisions, and campaign requirements clearly.
• Willing to learn, improve, and adjust based on feedback.

Ideal Applicant

Someone with basic shooting and editing skills who is willing to grow with the brand. We are not looking for advanced or complicated editing. We need someone who can consistently create clean, simple, and useful videos for ads, social media, and product content.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
