Project Location: Solviento Villas, Bacoor City, Cavite Employment Status: Project-based Working Hours: Tuesday-Saturday 8am-5pm; Sunday - Rest day, Monday-8am-12nn Essential Skills - Proficient in using both the QuickBooks accounting software and the Microsoft Office suite of programs like Word and Excel

Main Duties and Responsibilities: -Perform administrative works
-Receives inquiries and complaints
-Conducts billing preparation and performs collection functions
-Maintain accurate records of outstanding bills and payments
-Coordinate with the Village Administrators, Accounting Assistant and Accounting Manager to settle any billing and collection related issues and concerns
-Prepare invoice and statement of accounts
-Conduct collection follow up to clients and aggressively collect accounts receivable using establish criteria
-Prepare reminder and demand letter for clients with outstanding balance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bacoor 4102 04A: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:
- Work: 4 years (Preferred)
- QuickBooks accounting : 1 year (Required)
