We are looking for a Virtual Assistant (Customer Service Representative) to support our financial account in a blended role (voice and non-voice). If you have strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year course)
• Minimum of 2 years of BPO experience
• Excellent communication skills (above-average to exceptional)
• Experience handling both voice and non-voice interactions is a plus
• Complete Requirements (Esp. : TOR, Diploma, COE and etc.)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: PHP 23,000 - 26,000
• Non-Taxable Allowance (NTA): PHP 5,000
• Attendance Bonus: PHP 2,000
• HMO Coverage: Day 1 + 1 free dependent
• Night Differential: 10%
