We are looking for an experienced Virtual Medical Assistant - Mental Health to provide administrative support to US-based doctors, nurses, or other healthcare professionals in their clinical practice.

This is a work-from-home opportunity.

This is a full-time position, 30-40 hrs a week

The rate is $7 an hour or Php 61,000+ per month

A Virtual Medical Assistant - Mental Health plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations in a medical facility. Their responsibilities often include but not limited to:

• Assist mental health professionals in reviewing AI correspondence, identifying anomalies in messages, or recognizing signs that patients may have suicidal thoughts, and promptly escalating concerns to mental health professionals.
• Provide empathetic communication with patients while maintaining appropriate boundaries.

Requirements and skills

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Scribe/Transcriptionist, or Virtual Assistant supporting a Mental Health or Psychiatric Provider is required
• Excellent English speaking skills (both oral and written proficiency)
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach
• HIPAA Certification is not required but highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology (BS Psychology Graduate, “RPm” or “RPsy” is highly desirable) or Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required
