Virtual Recruiting And Onboarding Coordinator Remote

Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Remote Pay: $6–$10 USD/hour (paid in USD), based on experience Schedule: Must overlap with US Eastern Time

About the role

We're a growing US home care company hiring a reliable, high-energy coordinator to run our caregiver recruiting and onboarding pipeline end to end. This is a high-volume role — you'll be the engine that keeps qualified caregivers moving from application to their first shift. We're not looking for a senior recruiter or HR strategist; we want someone organized, warm on the phone, and obsessive about getting documents and details right.

What you'll do

• Post jobs and source caregiver candidates across hiring platforms

• Call, screen, and interview applicants by phone and video

• Collect and verify onboarding documents: ID, Social Security card, medical physical, TB test

• Coordinate background checks

• Document every step accurately in Apploi and our internal systems

• Walk new hires through company policies and procedures

• Hand off cleared caregivers to our scheduling team

• Support compliance tasks, data entry, and general admin as needed

What we're looking for

• Experience in recruiting, HR admin, call center, or customer service (home care a big plus)

• Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, professional phone manner

• Strong attention to detail — you don't let documents or follow-ups slip

• Comfortable juggling many candidates at once in a fast-moving environment

• Reliable home internet, a quiet workspace, and a headset

• Able to work US Eastern Time hours
