As we continue our global expansion, we are looking for our in-house expert in POS assets—a dynamic and creative designer ready to shape this brand-new role. You will drive the design and visual evolution of our POS material across all sales channels and markets, ensuring it aligns perfectly with our brand tonality and consistently delivers visually impactful, standout in-store communication.
About the Role
In this new role, you will be the creative force behind the design of our POS assets, joining a vibrant studio at our headquarters. Surrounded by a team of passionate creatives—including designers, motion artists, photographers, and production leads—you will be instrumental in bringing our brands to life visually across all our markets.
We are seeking someone who takes great pride in crafting POS designs that stand out and tell a story. If you are the type of designer who cannot walk past an in-store display without analysing its impact and imagining ways to enhance its design, this role is tailor-made for you. Here, you will have the freedom to infuse your creativity into our POS assets, making products come to life in ways that captivate and engage customers.
Your main mission within the team will be to take clear responsibility for developing the visual identity of our POS assets in stores—an essential part of strengthening our brand presence and realising our Perfect Store concept. This includes both creating and refining new design solutions as well as enhancing our existing global POS asset catalogue. You will also be involved in a range of other exciting design-focused projects across our six brands, spanning all parts of the marketing mix.
What You Will Be Working On:
With your sharp and creative eye, your tasks will include:
- Design and Creative Development: Create visual identities and campaign assets that align with brand guidelines and engage consumers both digitally and physically.
- Innovation and Development: Stay updated with the latest trends in graphic design and technology. Propose and implement innovative design solutions that enhance and promote brand presence.
As our Designer for Retail/Trade and POS Assets:
- Perfect Store: Take charge of designing and developing innovative permanent & non-permanent in-store POS-material and communication assets to enhance the shopping experience and product visibility, in line with the Perfect Store concept and all relevant in-store touchpoints. This role is crucial in transforming retail spaces into effective, visually compelling sales tools.
- Events, Store Demos, and Trade Shows: Create design solutions for store demos, events, and trade shows that strengthen direct shopper and retailer engagement and brand identity.
- Trade Design Guidelines: Develop global design guidelines and concepts in-line with our brand strategies for a cohesive brand experience in stores across our 40+ markets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Brand Management, Shopper Marketing & Sales teams to align design work with sales and brand-building goals. This cooperation helps to create a seamless customer journey that attracts, engages, and converts.
- Supplier Liaison: Strengthen relationships with POS-asset suppliers to ensure quality and innovation in all designs. This includes creating sketches and visualisations to clearly communicate our visions and POS catalogues, ensuring that the final products meet our high standards.
Who Are You?
To thrive in this role, you will need an eye for detail and a love for challenges and growth. You are meticulous, structured, and driven, and you enjoy taking the initiative. You have a strong understanding of target audiences, a good sense of tone and design, and are well-versed in POS assets, visualisation, print techniques, and formats.
To Succeed, You Will Bring:
- Extensive experience as a creative designer, with proven skill in developing successful campaigns in retail/trade.
- In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) and specialised software for trade/retail (such as Esko Store Visualizer).
- A passionate interest in how effective design can engage and influence consumer behaviour in retail environments.
- The ability to think both creatively and strategically in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Relevant higher education in design.
