JOB DESCRIPTION:

Due to growth, we are looking to add a VMI Delivery Driver/Warehouse Support team member. A CDL is not required, but a clean driving record is a must.

A high school diploma, GED, OR equivalent experience is required; with experience in fastener distribution a plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Commitment to Outstanding Customer Service
• High attention to detail, and a willingness to regularly exceed expectations
• Establish relationships with customers that will garner additional business
• Drive delivery vehicles to various customer locations within Metro Milwaukee area
• Deliver and stock supplies within customer facility
• Verify accuracy of components and inventory counts
• Ability to adapt on-the-fly, and keep a clean and orderly workspace

Qualification Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Some computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to lift boxes/packages up to 35 lbs., with occasional boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Creativity and a desire to WORK HARD and HAVE FUN
• Clean Driving Record

The following experience is a plus but not required:

• Prior VMI or delivery driving
• Knowledge of fasteners
