Borsch, Vodka and Tears is a Melbourne institution currently celebrating 24 years at the colourful end of Chapel Street. Styled after a Kraków cellar bar, Borsch is a romantic Bohemian enclave, the home of the Green Faery, an ode to a hazy and debauched bygone world. We specialise in Polish vodka, vodka-centric interpretations of classic and modern cocktails, authentic wormwood absinthe, Eastern European beers, contemporary Polish dishes and late night fun times.

Job description

We are a Polish restaurant & Bar located in the heart of the Chapel St. We are on the lookout for confident, enthusiastic and experienced wait staff.

This role requires fun and outgoing people with some experience. Must have current RSA certificate.

To be successful for this role you must have:

• Great work ethic
• A good attitude
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Fun, outgoing and enthusiastic personality
• Able to commit to every/most, Friday and/or Saturday night and Public Holiday Eve shifts
• At least a year experience
