Waiter/Server

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with menus, offer recommendations, and answer questions about the menu items.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that special requests or dietary restrictions are noted.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in organizing the dining area, setting up tables before service, and clearing them after customers leave.
• Maintain clear communication with colleagues and management to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Regularly clean and sanitize the service area, ensuring a hygienic environment at all times.
• Address any customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
• Accurately process payments using the point-of-sale (POS) system, provide correct change, and issue receipts.
• Ensure proper handling of food and beverages, including appropriate storage and serving temperatures.

Qualifications

• Can start immediately.
• Can work in different shifts and overtime, if necessary.
• Experience in customer service or handling food and beverages is preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage, including menu items and preparation methods, is a plus.
• Punctual, reliable, and responsible.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
