Waiter/Server

We are looking for skilled and experienced Waiters/Waitresses to join our growing team. Your responsibilities will include delivering superior service, taking orders, delivering food and drinks, greeting and serving customers, providing menu information, multitasking front-of-the-house duties, and ensuring a memorable dining experience. Ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, be a team player, and work effectively with Kitchen Staff.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-3 years of experience in the restaurant and casual service industry
• Fluent with English communication (especially in communicating with customers)
• Makati City Health Permit / Clearance (Preferably, but not required)
• Graduate of hospitality management, food and restaurant management, or related (Preferably, but not required)

What The Job Is:

• Greeting and seating customers, providing menus, and taking orders
• Providing excellent customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience
• Serving food and beverages promptly and accurately
• Understanding and communicating daily specials and menu items
• Assisting with cleaning and maintaining the dining area
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner
• Meet with restaurant staff to review daily specials, changes on the menu, and service specifications for reservations (e.g. parties)
• Follow all relevant health department regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
