Waiter/Waitress

We are currently looking to employ a friendly, passionate, and enthusiastic waiter/waitress to join our dynamic team here in Rabelo

We have full-time, permanent position available. Local or Car will be required due to location.

Requirements:

- Possess a passion for food and customer service.

- Have a strong ability to work as part of a team.

- This is a hands-on role, so it is imperative that the person taking on this position has a strong work ethic.

- Have the ability to multitask and carry out duties in an efficient manner.

We are seeking an experienced waiter or waitress to join our team.

The ideal candidate will:

• have 2 yrs prior experience,
• a friendly demeanour & a warm personality
• knowledge of food and beverages to ensure exceptional customer service
• Fluency in English is a requirement.

As a member of our team, you will not only be taking customer orders but also collaborating with others to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Teamwork is paramount to the success of our restaurant, and effective communication and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential qualities.

The role involves treating customers courteously and efficiently, ensuring accurate orders and deliveries. Greeting customers with a smile and being friendly and helpful is also essential. Reporting complaints to the Manager and being familiar with all services are crucial.
