Waiter/Waitress

We are excited to announce the opening of a brand-new restaurant in the Malahide area, and we are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Waiters/Waitresses to join our growing team.

About the Role

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our guests while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience from start to finish. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining high service standards, and creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for guests.

You will work closely with the front-of-house team and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to all guests
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and ready for service
• Maintain a clean and organised section throughout service
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations
• Handle guest requests and resolve any issues in a professional manner
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation
• Process bills and payments accurately
• Support team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods
• Promote menu items and assist with upselling when appropriate

Key Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a busy hospitality environment preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• A passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy service periods

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From €14.15 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
