- Review and enter load sheets.
- Generate bills.
- Print, scan and copy bills.
- Produce inventory and product reports.
- Receive product into inventory and bill as appropriate.
- Communicate with and assist drivers as needed.
- Ensure accuracy of accounting system data related to shipping.
- High school diploma required; further education preferred.
- General accounting experience required.
- Adherence to laws and confidentiality guidelines.
- Proficient in MS Office (Especially excel and Outlook).
- Excellent math skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent organization skills.
