The warehouse coordinator is responsible for the correct processing of the incoming goods & outgoing orders within the boundaries of our work-instructions and procedures according our company guidelines. The warehouse coordinator is also responsible for the safety according the Arbo-regulations related to the usage of the internal transport equipment.
Daily coordination of the in- and outbound shipments with the Warehouse Team Leader / Supervisor is part of the responsibilities.
Responsible for the proper receiving, labelling and put away of the received goods and/or picking, checking, packing and shipping the goods according the most efficient methods to maintain a correct delivery level.
What You'll Do
- The proper handling of all kind of incoming and outgoing shipments and the corresponding administration, incl.
- Correct identification of incoming goods
- Labelling of all service parts with the correct barcodes (if applicable)
- Ensuring reporting of deviations in quality, quantity and damages and the administrative registration of these issues
- Book the processed goods / orders into the system
- Coordination of the prioritizing of received shipments related to back orders
- Packing the orders according the agreements made with the customers and perform additional tasks related to the creation of the complete shipments
- Check for the right documentation at the incoming & outgoing shipments
- Keeps the Warehouse Area clean and prevent that parts are mixed up
- Report inventory problems to the direct managerial staff.
- Driving with Forklift, Reach truck and other equipment during the activities.
- Reporting of inventory discrepancies when discovered to the WH Team Leader / Supervisor.
- Thinking of improving the process in general and execute when approved.
- Ensure internal communication of order information within the organization.
What You'll Bring
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software packages
- Demonstrable operational experience in Warehouse processes
- Basic user knowledge of a Warehouse Management System
