Warehouse Dispatcher

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Warehouse Dispatcher will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient coordination and dispatch of goods from the warehouse. This role involves maintaining accurate stock records, overseeing the documentation process, and liaising with various departments and third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods. The Warehouse Dispatcher must demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively to maintain a seamless flow of warehouse operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular audits to monitor stock levels, track product movements, and prevent Check all items based on the Withdrawal Request quantities.
• Report any variance in quantities between the actual withdrawal and the withdrawal request through an incident report.
• Communicate all the details of 3PL Trucking to the cold storages for the preparation of Certificate of Meat Inspection (COMI).
• Check stocks, documentations, and dispatch any pick-up transactions.
• Mark the Delivery Order as Shipped in NetSuite.
• Prepare, consolidate, and endorse all documents to be transmitted to the head office.
• Support the Warehouse Inbound Specialist in volume receiving activities.
• Attend direct delivery to client and act as company’s representative as needed.
• Perform the task as directed by the immediate superior, based on their assessment and as deemed necessary.

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school diploma; 2-3 years of relevant warehouse work experience preferred.
• Candidates must be based in Cavite area or willing to relocate at their own expense.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Adaptable to change and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work in varying temperatures and environments, including refrigerated areas.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Flexibility to accommodate changes in schedule and occasional travel is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php14,000.00 per month
