Our product
We use underwater cameras, computer vision, and machine learning to give fish farmers real-time insight into fish health, weight, and feeding. Our solution combines hardware, cloud processing, and a user-facing application.
The role
We are looking for a Warehouse & Field Operations Manager to lead our warehouse and field operations team.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that equipment, inventory, logistics, and field activities run smoothly and efficiently. You will lead a team of five employees across warehouse and field operations and work closely with engineering, planning, quality, and customer-facing teams.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys structure, coordination, technical environments, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
Lead and develop the Warehouse and Field Operations team
Coordinate field installations, upgrades, technical service, and customer site activities
Ensure efficient warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and equipment availability
Plan and coordinate logistics, shipping, receiving, and preparation of technical equipment
Act as a bridge between field teams, engineering, planning, quality, and customer operations
Drive improvements in processes, structure, quality, safety, and operational efficiency
Use data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and improve performance across warehouse and field activities
Qualifications
Experience from operations, warehouse management, field operations, technical logistics, or similar environments
Previous leadership experience, including team development and coordination of operational activities
Strong organizational and planning skills
Experience with inventory management, logistics, and operational processes
Technical understanding and ability to work closely with engineering and field-based teams
Comfortable working in a hands-on environment and managing multiple priorities
Strong communication skills in English and one of the Scandinavian languages
Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Operations, or a related field
It is beneficial if you also have experience with
ISO 9001 or other quality management systems
HSE systems and safety procedures
Project management
Using data and KPIs to improve operational performance
Technical troubleshooting of mechanical or electrical equipment
New Product Introduction (NPI) or introducing new products into operational environments
