We are seeking a dependable team member who supports daily warehouse operations by staging and loading materials, receiving shipments, and ensuring field crews have the supplies needed for active projects. This role is essential to ensuring materials are ready through receiving, staging, loading, and organization to support field operations.

Role Summary:

The Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator supports day-to-day warehouse operations and logistics for field activities. This part-time role is responsible for maintaining organized inventory, preparing and staging materials, and supporting the flow of equipment and supplies needed for active job sites.

The role plays a key part in ensuring the warehouse remains organized, safe, and efficient, enabling field teams to operate effectively and without delay.

Classification: Part-time, Non-Exempt

Schedule:
This is a part-time position with a schedule that varies based on operational and project needs. Hours are determined by workload and may fluctuate depending on seasonality and field demand. Shifts may begin early in the morning to support field operations and may include late afternoon or evening hours as needed. The role is performed onsite in the warehouse facility in Grandview, MO.

Scope of Role:

• Organize and maintain warehouse layout to improve efficiency
• Receive incoming shipments and prepare materials for field crews
• Track inventory and monitor movement of supplies and equipment
• Perform basic maintenance and inspections on tools and small equipment
• Support the development and improvement of warehouse operating procedures
• Assist with documentation, research, and general operational tasks
• Communicate with team members regarding inventory, safety, and workflow
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in general labor or warehouse operations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Comfortable following established procedures and safety guidelines
• Basic math and communication skills
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; forklift experience is a plus
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred

Work Conditions:

Work is primarily performed in a warehouse environment with regular handling of materials, tools, and equipment in support of field operations. The role may also require time spent supporting operational or staging areas as needed to prepare materials for job sites.

The position requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, perform repetitive physical tasks, and operate in an active warehouse setting. The role may involve working in varying temperatures and noise levels, as well as lifting or moving materials up to approximately 50 pounds as needed.

The compensation range for this role is $22 - $28 hourly, based on experience.
