We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Office Administrator to join our team and support the smooth operation of our warehouse facility.

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Office Administrator will play a key role in coordinating administrative tasks, supporting warehouse staff, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring efficient communication between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update inventory records and shipment logs
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments and prepare shipping documents
  • Respond to emails and phone inquiries related to warehouse operations
  • Monitor stock levels.
  • Support warehouse management with scheduling, reporting, and compliance documentation
  • Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and record keeping

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive and warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From €32,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
