Warehouse Operations Specialist

About the Role

Saebo, Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team! In this hands-on role, you’ll help assemble, pack, and ship Saebo’s innovative rehabilitation products while keeping warehouse operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate takes ownership of daily operations, collaborates across departments, and proactively looks for ways to improve processes and workflows to support company growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities for UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers
• Prepare and process shipping labels, packing lists, and related documentation
• Track inbound and outbound shipments; verify received materials against purchase orders
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and data entry
• Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or shortages to the Shipping Manager
• Assist with light product assembly, fabrication, or minor repairs as needed
• Generate reports and recommend process improvements to support operational efficiency
• Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to resolve order or delivery issues
• Support warehouse organization, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards
• Perform additional administrative and logistics support duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and teamwork skills across multiple departments
• Organized with attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods and work in a warehouse environment

Preferred Skills

• Previous warehouse, shipping, logistics or inventory management experience
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations
• Problem solving and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with parcel and freight shipping platforms (UPS, Fedex, LTL/TL)
