• Do you have 3-4 years previous experience working in a picking and packing manufacturing warehouse, with scanner experience?
• Must speak and write in fluent English
• Have you previously worked in a Pharma, Chemicals, Automotive, healthcare or high value product manufacturing in a high regulated warehouse?

Our exciting client is a global brand, that distributes their high end products worldwide from Dublin.

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative / Coordinator to join a fast-paced premium manufacturing retail distribution centre to cover a maternity leave for 5 months, possibly rolling. This role supports daily warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency across all stock movements.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and processing returns
• Checking quality and quantity of inbound deliveries
• Ensuring high pick accuracy before dispatch
• Using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners
• Supporting stock accuracy through cycle counts
• Following Good Distribution Practice, Health and safety, and security procedures
• Identifying process issues and supporting continuous improvement
• Enjoy working as part of a team and enjoy owning your own daily tasks and responsibilities.
• Access to a car daily and hold a full Irish Drivers license.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years experience working in a fast paced warehouse environment
• Experience in a high-compliance or premium retail operation
• WMS and RF scanning experience (advantageous)
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Flexible, reliable, and customer-focused
• Open to working occasional weekends in peak season
• Essential to have a full drivers license and access to a car to get to work each morning for 7.00am. This is essential for the role, our client will provide free parking.
• Must have experience using scanners in a warehouse setting.
