Warehouse Storeperson (Construction)

Telum Workmates Group is currently recruiting an experienced and reliable Storeman to join our clients team based in the Cronulla area.

Our client delivers some of Australia's most significant infrastructure projects across road, rail, mining, tunnelling and civil construction. Based at their headquarters this is your opportunity to become part of a business that values quality, accountability and teamwork.

About the Role
This is a hands-on warehouse position where you'll play an important role in supporting operations across multiple projects. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, keeps things organised, and enjoys being a dependable member of the team.

Hours:
Monday to Friday
6:00am – 4:00pm

Your Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and dispatch incoming goods
• Pick and prepare materials for project requirements
• Maintain accurate stock levels and inventory records
• Load and unload deliveries safely
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised and running efficiently
• Work closely with the operations and project teams to ensure materials are available when needed

Who We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a Storeman or Warehouse role
• A strong work ethic and a proactive attitude
• Someone who takes pride in their work and genuinely takes ownership of their responsibilities
• High attention to detail and organisational skills
• Forklift Licence (highly regarded)
• Construction or industrial warehouse experience is an advantage
