Job Description:
- Responsible to receive all equipment and stock followed by all necessary documentation and handling involved in the receiving process per company policy.
- Ensures that all equipment is clean, tested, labeled, and correctly entered into the computer with appropriate tags.
- Performs inspection and testing of equipment for proper operations prior to delivery.
- Performs minor repairs and assembly of selected equipment.
- Ensures that all broken equipment is repaired timely according to company policy.
- Ensures that all serialized inventory is entered accurately in the computer.
- Weekly review of the inventory of equipment and supplies to ensure minimum par levels are met.
- Ensures that equipment and supplies are properly checked out by field staff and returned to the warehouse accurately.
- Process delivery tickets for shipping according to company policy.
- Verify and download patient delivery confirmation per company policy.
- Performs downloads of patient data per company policy.
- Updates patient records for complete and accurate information per MBHC policy.
- Delivery of equipment or supplies to patients or other MBHC locations.
- Presents a positive and professional image during all interactions with patients and referral sources.
- Responsible for maintaining the physical and mechanical condition of an assigned company vehicle.
- Participates in ongoing education and training sessions to ensure competencies in the operations of the various types of respiratory equipment provided by MBHC.
- Performs other warehouse tasks as directed by the manager.
