Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods from receiving to shipping. This position requires a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency in handling inventory and materials.

Duties

• Operate various warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and cranes to move products safely and efficiently.
• Manage inventory control processes, ensuring accurate stock levels through regular cycle counts and updates in the warehouse management system.
• Assist in shipping and receiving activities, including loading and unloading trucks, packaging products for shipment, and preparing orders for delivery.
• Utilize RF scanners for tracking inventory movements and order fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals, including picking & packing orders accurately and efficiently.
• Perform heavy lifting as required, handling materials safely while following proper lifting techniques.
• Qualifications
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred; familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
• Knowledge of packaging standards and procedures for various products.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills for effective materials handling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
