Job Description:

As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting our food manufacturing operations by ensuring the smooth flow of materials and maintaining a safe, organized workspace. This position involves hands-on work in a fast-paced environment, including packing orders, handling shipments, operating equipment, and working in temperature-controlled areas. Key Responsibilities:

• Pack outgoing orders
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders and ensuring quality standards are met.
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment to move, stack, and organize materials efficiently and safely.
• Work in walk-in refrigeration units to store and retrieve perishable items, adhering to food safety protocols at all times.
• Maintain a neat, organized, and clean warehouse, cooler, and work area, including regular sweeping, sanitizing, and inventory checks to prevent hazards and ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Collaborate and communicate with coworkers about specific tasks for each day.
• Follow all safety guidelines, including proper use of personal protective equipment/pallets/pallet jacks (PPE) and adherence to OSHA standards.

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications

• NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED, but helpful.
• Entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.

• Pallet jack/Forklift experience not required but helpful. (Will be trained on the job)

Pay Range: 18.00$-22.00$ per hour.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
