Duties

• Safely operate forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, cranes, and other heavy equipment to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse
• Perform order picking using RF scanners and <PERSON> pick systems to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Manage shipping and receiving tasks by inspecting inbound and outbound shipments, verifying documentation, and ensuring proper storage
• Handle materials with precision during heavy lifting, stacking, and organizing inventory on pallets or shelves
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels, update stock records, and coordinate order fulfillment
• Conduct routine safety checks on equipment in compliance with OSHA standards and mechanical safety protocols
• Assist with construction or warehouse expansion projects as needed, supporting team efforts to optimize space and workflows

Experience

• Proven warehouse distribution experience with a strong understanding of materials handling procedures
• Prior forklift certification and experience operating heavy equipment such as cranes or clamp trucks
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and shipping & receiving processes
• Experience in order picking, loading & unloading shipments, and using pallet jacks or construction-related tools
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to warehouse operations and heavy machinery use
• Warehouse supervisor experience or leadership roles are a plus for those interested in growth opportunities
• Mechanical knowledge or background in construction enhances ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
