Warehouse & Dispatch Operative

In this dual-role position, you'll be a key player in our warehouse operations, handling everything from goods inward to final dispatch.

What You'll Do

• Manage the product dispatch queue, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time.
• Process goods in, including unloading deliveries, checking for quality and accuracy, and storing products correctly.
• Coordinate collections with couriers and customers.
• Prepare pallets for transport, ensuring they are secure and correctly labeled.
• Move products throughout the warehouse for packaging and other in-house needs.
• Operate a forklift as required (forklift training is a plus!).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all food safety regulations.

What You Bring

• A minimum of one year of experience in a fast-paced warehouse or packing environment.
• Forklift training/certification is preferred.
• The ability to pick up and lift bags or boxes up to 25kg.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Strong communication skills, with intermediate proficiency in speaking and reading English.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Please note: This position requires you to reliably and punctually commute daily to our work location at Park West Industrial Park, Dublin 12, D12 PY02.

Requirements

• English both speaking and Reading
• minimum of one year experience in a similar role
• food and safety knowledge
