Watches And Fine Jewellery Coordinator (Internship)

Location: Toronto, ON - CHANEL Reports to: Marketing Manager - Watches and Fine Jewellery Contract: Full-time and temporary, internship position until December 2023 Your role @ Chanel: The Watches and Fine Jewellery (WFJ) Coordinator’s role is to help drive the rapidly expanding business. The ideal candidate is highly organized, exceptionally collaborative, detailed-oriented, and analytical with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to prioritize. This position will report to the WFJ Marketing Manager. What impact you can create at Chanel:

• Coordination of shipping / customs processes for high-end stock movements;
• Coordination of all special orders and inter-boutique stock movements through direct communication with Sales Advisors;
• Creation of all supplier purchase orders and collaboration with accounting team to ensure invoice payment;
• Creation of purchase and sales orders based on approved requisitions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to procurement policies and procedures for all aspects of W&FJ business (repair center, wholesale partners, stock fulfilment, etc.);
• Supporting the Marketing Manager on an ad hoc basis with planning and execution of various Chanel Watch and Fine Jewellery events and activations (pre-event coordination, client engagement throughout, and creating reports to communicate performance on specific KPIs).

What you will bring to the role:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field;
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Powerpoint;
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
