Being part of the Data & Analytics team and helping our clients form strategies needed to become more data driven and excel in Data & AI Governance and Management through data & AI governance strategies, assessments and execution

• Helping our clients utilizing data and govern data assets in order to reach strategic objectives and increase business value
• Working with innovative topics at the interface between business, strategy, data and AI

Your skills & career

We are looking for Senior Managers / Directors that are empathic, great at coaching, have a growth mindset and an interest in Tech/Data/AI. We are driven by a shared purpose: Unleashing human energy through technology, data, creativeness and innovation for an inclusive and sustainable future. The person we want to invite to join our mission likely has:

• 7+ years’ work experience ideally from management consulting or equivalent
• Proven track record of developing client relationships and generating and develop new business opportunities
• Executive presence and comfortable leading teams and larger transformational programs
• Experience in several of the following areas: Data Governance / Data Management including e.g. Data & AI Governance and Operating Model, Data Governance maturity assessment, Data Quality, Data Lineage or Master Data Management Strategy & Roadmap. Broader experience within Data & Analytics / Data Strategy and Delivery is a plus
• Enjoy the combination of strategic analysis, tech analysis and implementation work as well as having the ability to think conceptually and analytically
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
• A Master’s degree with a business, technical or information technology focus
• Excellent English and Swedish language skills
• Swedish work permit required
