Bring to life what’s next

Being part of the Data & Analytics team and helping our clients form strategies needed to become more data driven and excel in Analytics, AI & Data Governance and Management, and AI Use case development and scaling, through strategies, assessments and execution of strategies

• Helping our clients understand the impact of Data/AI on a strategical, tactical and operational level and pave the way towards reaching strategic targets
• Helping our clients utilizing data and govern data assets in order to reach strategic objectives and increase business value
• Working with innovative topics at the interface between business, strategy, data and AI

Your skills & career

We are looking for Senior Managers that are empathic, great at coaching, have a growth mindset and an interest in Tech/Data/AI. We are driven by a shared purpose: Unleashing human energy through technology, data, creative and innovation for an inclusive and sustainable future. The person we want to invite to join our mission likely has:

• 7+ years’ work experience ideally from management consulting or equivalent
• Proven track record of developing client relationships and generating new business development opportunities
• Executive presence and comfortable leading teams and larger transformational programs
• Experience in several of the following areas: AI use case delivery, scaling & adoption / AI compliance / Data Visualization / Process Mining & Automation / specific functional Data & AI strategy and governance development
• Enjoy the combination of strategic analysis, tech understanding and implementation work as well as having the ability to think conceptually and analytically
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
• A Master’s degree with a business, technical or information technology focus
• Excellent English and Swedish language skills
• Swedish work permit required
