As our Web & Content intern, you’ll join the marketing and web team and play a key role in building a consistent, bold online presence. You’ll make sure our website looks sharp, feels smooth, and speaks our language. From copy and visuals to UX and backend workflows, you’ll help us keep everything on point.
Please note: applicants must be enrolled in a valid course or programme where completing an internship is a required part of the curriculum.
What You’ll Do
- Own the details: ensure all website content is accurate, stylish, and aligned with our tone of voice.
- Think UX: help us make the site more intuitive, effective, and user-friendly.
- Organise the backend: set up clear folders, workflows, and standards for smooth operations.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and clubs to gather and process input.
- Monitor the site for updates, errors, or inconsistencies and keep it flawless.
What We’re Looking For
- A creative, detail-driven team player.
- Passion for marketing, branding, and digital experiences.
- Organised and proactive with a sharp eye for design and copy.
- Bonus points if you know your way around CMS or UX principles.
- Our online presence speaks Dutch and English, and so should you. Full fluency in both is essential to keep our tone strong.

We meet
After a brief meeting online we plan a face to face meeting at one of our clubs or at HQ. When applying for an audition as trainer or performer, you will be invited for the next planned audition.03

Fitting our culture is the most important part of the application proces. We believe character, ambitions and expectations are more important than skills. Together we find out if there is a mutual match and if we meet each others expectations.04
A day in our club
Sometimes we skip step 4, but depending on the vacancy, we ask you to step in our club and experience real life a day in our club. This way you know for sure the UGG family suits you.05
Conditions
We expect to offer you a contract within 10 working days after your application. The proposal will inform you on all primary and secondary conditions (including unlimited training at all of our labels!). Advertised until:
