Purpose

As our Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing Medline’s corporate website, as well as supporting the redesign of multiple country-specific sites by conducting research, analysis and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process.

How can you help us?

• Designing and iterating web page layouts in Figma
• Conducting user research, market analysis and competitor analysis to guide design decisions
• Optimising information architecture for improved navigation and user engagement
• Leading stakeholder interviews to gather feedback and validate concepts
• Collaborating with SEO, content and CRM specialists to ensure a cohesive and data-driven user experience
• Communicating design specifications clearly to developers to ensure accurate implementation

Are you a match?

• BA in MultiMedia Design and 2-3 years of sufficient work experience
• UX/UI design skills with advanced proficiency in Figma
• Experience in user research, information architecture and usability optimisation
• Ability to translate research and business requirements into functional, visually appealing designs
• Familiarity with SEO principles and content strategy for web design
• Understanding of CRM-driven user journeys and integration into website experiences
