Web Development Specialist

HRMS is an in-house developed application that handles Payroll and Timekeeping. RGAS is also an in-house developed application that handles internal approvals for General Documents, Notifications, etc. HRMS is built on VB.NET while RGAS is built on PHP. In order to support these applications, additional project-based manpower that is knowledgeable on both VB.NET and PHP is required.

• VB.NET and PHP Development
• Identify business requirements for development
• Develop enhancements
• Perform unit testing and validation
• Provide documentation for future reference

VB.NET Expertise

• Strong experience in Windows Forms or WPF applications
• Familiar in event-driven programming
• Good understanding of .NET Framework or .NET Core/5/6/7

MS SQL Server Knowledge

• Writing complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers and functions
• Familiar with database normalization , indexing, and optimization
• Comfortable using SQL Server Management Studio (SMSS)

Visual Studio Proficiency

• Knows how to use debugging tools, breakpoints, and version control (like Git or TFS)
• Comfortable with project setup, solution management, and reference handling

Integration Skills

• Able to connect to MS SQL from VB.NET using ADO.ET or Entity Framework
