About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Website Administrator to join our operations team. This role will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our Shopify-based spare parts portal and Prosys sales portal. The ideal candidate is someone who has experience with eCommerce platforms, a keen eye for detail, and a strong sense of ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Spare Parts portal on Shopify, including product listings, pricing, descriptions, and inventory.
• Manage and optimize product data for enhanced visibility and sales performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, development, marketing, and sales to ensure seamless platform operations.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
• Track inventory and manage product categorization.
• Troubleshoot product listing issues or platform-related concerns.
• Stay up-to-date with Shopify tools, features, and best practices.
• Support the Prosys sales portal by ensuring product updates and pricing align with operational goals.
• Update promotional materials and campaign pages in coordination with the marketing team.
• Ensure seasonal offers, banners, and campaigns are accurately reflected across platforms.

Qualifications

Required:

• At least 1 year of experience working with eCommerce platforms (required - Shopify).
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Full stack developer experience (knows both front and back end development).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage large volumes of product data efficiently.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred (Not Required):

• Experience with catalog-based product listings.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and product optimization.
• Exposure to image editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
• Willingness to learn Shopify Liquid, JavaScript, or similar web technologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
