The role

As Website Content Manager – Post-Purchase, you will drive the development, activation and optimization of digital content related to after-sales services, care products and accessories. Your mission is to ensure that the right content reaches the right customer at the right time, ultimately enhancing the customer experience and driving conversion.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and execute a content strategy focused on the post-purchase journey
• Oversee the content lifecycle – from planning to publishing and maintenance
• Collaborate closely with teams across marketing, product and local markets
• Coordinate rollout of content for key launches and initiatives
• Drive integration of commercial offers and SEO best practices
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (sessions, conversion, bounce rate, etc.)
• Use insights and data to continuously optimize content effectiveness
• Safeguard brand consistency, tone of voice, and regulatory compliance

You will represent the content team in various cross-functional forums and be a key player in aligning digital storytelling with business goals.

To succeed in this role, you have

A degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or similar, along with 4+ years of experience in digital content, UX or web development. You’re confident working with CMS platforms (e.g. Episerver, WordPress), familiar with Google Analytics (GA4 certification is a plus), and have strong writing and storytelling skills. You’re used to agile ways of working, understand UX and SEO best practices, and are fluent in English, (Swedish is a plus, but not required) both written and spoken.
