Website & Digital Marketing Specialist

• Must be fluent in Mandarin and English
• Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring smooth performance, regular updates, and optimal user experience
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings
• Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across platforms (social media, EDM, paid ads, etc.)
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, performance tracking, and ROI optimization
• Create compelling visual content (banners, web graphics, social media visuals, etc.) aligned with brand identity
• Collaborate with content creators, developers, and designers to deliver integrated marketing projects
• Stay updated on industry trends and provide innovative ideas to strengthen online brand visibility

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience managing websites
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush)
• Proficiency in WordPress or other CMS platforms; basic HTML/CSS skills preferred
• Solid design skills and familiarity with tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Figma
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (written and verbal)
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently

Nice to Have

• Experience or interest in education, study abroad, or international school sectors
• Familiarity with Chinese platforms like WeChat, Xiaohongshu, or Douyin
• A growth-driven mindset with data analysis and performance marketing skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,107.77 - $5,000.00 per month
