Responsibilities
- Provide employees with tools to build emotional intelligence and resilience.
- Attend and lead informational and promotional Wellbeing activities during employee training sessions.
- Proactively reach out to employees and invite them to individual coaching or group sessions/workshops.
- Design, schedule and lead psycho-educational group sessions/workshops, outreach programs, team buildings and activities in accordance with the department objectives.
- Create and implement action plans with the aim to improve employees’ wellbeing.
- Lead projects or activities assigned by the wellbeing team manager.
- Regularly monitor, collect, evaluate, and report necessary data to keep track of employee’s progress.
- Gives personal example of conduct and ethics at the workplace;
- Provides opportunity for 1x1 sessions to team members on at least a weekly basis;
- Provides monthly group sessions for all team members;
- Adheres to all work related instructions from the direct Manager and in the order of hierarchy;
- Participates in all trainings relevant to the project;
- The employee is familiar with the company's internal policies and working rules;
- Getting familiar with the work and safety brief and all following updates;
- Follows and adheres to all internal company rules and policies as set by the organization's management and HR department;
Requirements:
- Fluent verbal and written command in English - minimum skill level required is C1 based on Common European Framework;
- Has experience in working in a similar capacity for at least 2 years (users/clients/patients facing)
- Proficiency in conflict and crisis management.
- Proficient user of the common office software applications.
- Outstanding communication skills, with emphasis on listening skills and empathy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Comfortable to work independently and a strong team worker.
- Demonstrated ability to perform well in a rapidly changing environment;
- Available to work on-site 5 days per week (Dublin 18)
