This is not a paper-pusher role. It’s a mission-critical position that requires speed, precision, and nerves of steel. You’ll be the calm in the chaos, the voice on the line when deals get shaky, and the driver pushing every contract across the finish line.

What You’ll Do

• Take control of real estate deals the moment they’re signed—manage every step to close
• Hunt down missing documents, coordinate with title companies, and stick to deadlines
• Jump into tough situations—renegotiate, extend, amend—whatever it takes to save the deal
• Keep every party informed with crystal-clear communication (before they even ask)
• Stay organized in InvestorFuse, Google Workspace, Slack, and e-sign tools
• Track your numbers: close rates, timelines, and why deals fall through

What You Bring

• Flawless English and the confidence to calm tense conversations like a pro
• Hands-on experience in real estate transactions, title, or escrow—U.S. market experience preferred
• The ability to juggle 30+ live deals without letting anything slip
• Tech-savvy problem-solving (yes, we love when you use ChatGPT to speed things up)
• Your own work setup: fast internet, headset, dual monitors
• You’re available 9–6 Eastern Time from South Africa (or a similar time zone)

• Close Rate – More contracts funded, fewer lost
• Speed to Close – Keep things moving
• No Surprises – Everyone knows what’s happening, always

Pay + Perks

• $7–$9/hour (top pay for experienced coordinators)
• $50 bonus for every deal you close
• Quarterly bonuses for high performers
• Immediate start with full training over 6 weeks to get you fully in the zone
