Wfm Resource Capacity Planner

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in information technology or any related field.
Advanced knowledge of MS-Excel, Google Sheet, Power BI are a plus.
Basic knowledge of Call Center KPIs: AHT, Service Level, Occupancy and other KPIs. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Workforce Management, forecasting, scheduling, or a related field.
Familiarity with call center metrics like Service Level (SL), Occupancy, and Schedule Adherence.
Strong organizational skills, adaptability to fast paced environments, and a solution-oriented mindset.
Advanced knowledge in Capacity Planning and Forecasting.
With Six Sigma Certification

Pay: From Php32,000.00 per month
