Winery Production Operator

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our production team, supporting bottling operations, bag-in-box packaging, and general cellar duties.

Responsibilities

• Operate and assist with wine bottling and Bag-In-Box lines ensuring quality and efficiency
• Assist the cellar team with the cellar operations during harvest September to November
• Monitor product quality and report any inconsistencies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all health and safety procedures
• Perform routine cellar tasks including cleaning, sanitizing, and equipment maintenance

Requirements

• Previous winery, production, or food/beverage industry experience is an asset (but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Capable of lifting 20–25 kg
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and keep up with the production line
• An asset to have basic computer, reading and writing skills
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality control standards.
• Be reliable and punctual
• Willingness to learn and take direction

Working Conditions:

• Standing for extended periods
• Working hours are 7:30 AM to 4:30PM only
• Exposure to varying temperatures and winery environments
• Flexible hours may be required during peak production periods
