The Human Resources team is responsible for… (provide a 2-3 sentence overview of your team). Please spell out all abbreviations where necessary.

As an intern, you might:
  • Join several meetings with the Human Resouces business partners, both local meetings as sometimes regional meetings,
  • Contribute to implementation of (new) Human Resources related policies,
  • Assist in the on- and off-boarding of colleagues,
  • Join in the Fun Force committee and assist in coordinating social events,
  • Assist colleagues with Human Resources related questions.

Required Qualifications
  • Degree Type: Associates, Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD (Note: Advanced degrees require HRBP approval)
  • You’re a college student enrolled in an accredited program (Business Administration and/or Human Resources).
  • You enjoy working in a dynamic and international company and are confident communicating in English.
  • You’re curious, passionate, authentic, and accountable. These are our values and influence everything we do.
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • You’re interested in the future of Analytics and embrace technology.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Any preferred skills? Please note, this is not an experienced hire position. Focus on ability to learn rather than specific skills.
  • Examples: Additional day to day technology your team uses, industry specific knowledge/background

Location
  • This role is located on our Huizen or Tervuren offices in a hybrid setting.

CareerStart
Program dates: The internship will be starting in February 1st and is a 6-month internship program with a possibility to extend to 12 months.
