Zambrero Castletroy Part Time Team Member

To deliver outstanding customer service and quality food products in a clean and safe work environment while following Zambrero’s Policies and Procedures.

Principal Accountabilities

In addition to adhering to Zambrero’s Policies and Procedures, the Team Member is responsible for:

People

  • Following basic procedures in relation to uniforms, grooming and punctuality.
  • Understanding the ‘how to’ and ‘why’ behind Zambrero’s policies and procedures.
  • Promoting teamwork to achieve maximum efficiency.
  • Assisting others when needed while maintaining consideration for proper procedures.
  • Following all reasonable instructions given by an authorised person (e.g. supervisor, manager and business owner).
  • Acting as a brand ambassador for Zambrero at all times.

Customer Engagement

  • Attending to customers’ needs as the primary focus.
  • Welcoming every customer with a smile and being genuinely friendly and interested at all times.
  • Referring any difficult customer enquiries to the Supervisor or Store Manager.

Sales Building

  • Following Zambrero’s standards for raw and finished product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Delivering friendly, fast and correct service to every valued Zambrero customer.
  • Following all restaurant performance standards, including maintaining operational and kitchen areas to exceed cleanliness, comfort and convenience expectations.
  • Actively supporting and following directions for the implementation of new procedures and products.
  • Supporting the implementation of marketing promotions to maximise sales potential.
  • Being aware of the goals and targets of the restaurant in order to best contribute towards achieving them.

Workplace Safety/ Security

  • Executing all workplace safety policies and procedures, including knowledge of first aid and robbery procedures.
  • Following guidelines and helping to manage, report and record all incidents, hazards and potential hazards.
  • Reporting any malfunctioning equipment to the Supervisor or Store Manager.

Food Safety/ Sanitation / Equipment

  • Properly following all food safety and sanitation practices and procedures.

Restaurant Systems

  • Performing all assigned tasks and procedures efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Assisting in the completion of station preparation and stocking, and making sure that the station area is clean.
  • Accepting deliveries and implementing storage procedures.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: €12.70 per hour
