Talent Attraction Intern

Job Description

The intern will be responsible for the following:
Support in creating and ideating Tiktok content for AboitizPower

Support in creating a Tiktok playbook

Research new Tiktok trends we can do in the workplace

Provide support in employer branding activities and creative contents for various initiatives

Be exposed to other strategic Talent Attraction activities and other pillar functions such as onboarding and expat intercultural program.
Must be a Tiktok user and preferably a creator (uploads/publishes own content on his/her personal account)

Highly interested in HR specifically talent attraction

Can report to the office as needed

Video editing preferably through Capcut

Content creation

Creative skills

Can forsee trends on social media ( Tiktok, Facebook, etc.)
