Your Responsibilities
- Manage the full Accounts Payable (AP) cycle, including processing prepayments, posting invoices, accurate cost center coding, and coordinating approval workflows.
- Execute daily cash and payment instrument postings, including bank transactions and credit card statements.
- Oversee intercompany billing and conduct thorough monthly intercompany reconciliations in close partnership with Global Accounting and Treasury teams.
- Support month-end close activities for US-GAAP and local statutory reporting, encompassing journal entry posting and comprehensive balance sheet reconciliation preparation.
- Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for both AP and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and lead special projects to directly support company growth and efficiency initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and tax advisors, ensuring smooth and efficient engagements.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in an international business environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Expert-level proficiency in NetSuite ERP and Microsoft Excel.
- Business fluency (both written and verbal) in German and English.
- Proven ability to drive process efficiency and redesign.
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills, exceptional accuracy, and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and self-management skills, with a track record of effective prioritization and negotiation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels of an organization.
