Job Duties

Assist the accounting team by maintaining general ledger schedules for audit support.
Fixed assets and Inventory transaction reporting.
Review work order costs prior to closing.
Reconcile general ledger accounts and provide audit support.
Understanding of the General Ledger.
Verify and post General Ledger journal entries.
Assists in preparation of month end reporting.
Participate in various analysis projects.
Assist accounting team with various transactional work as needed.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, 7 plus years in accounting. Manufacturing experience preferred
Proficient Excel Skills
Ability to work independently, possess good verbal and written communication skills. Willing to handle transactional work
Should demonstrate the following competencies: collect and research data, identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, gather and analyze information skillfully, demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, and completes work in a timely manner
