Causeway employs a unique blend of fundamental and quantitative investment strategies and offers its clients access to the firm’s proprietary risk analytics.
Position Overview: The Business Development Intern will broaden his/her understanding of Business Development and gain exposure to various functions within the industry. Working closely with members of the Business Development group, the intern will be introduced to industry channels such as intermediaries, consultants, and direct asset owners. Additionally, the intern will become familiarized with and help research prospective clients using databases that are used on a daily basis, including eVestment, Salesforce, With Intelligence, and Fundfire. Additionally, the intern will learn all aspects of fundraising for a boutique asset management firm: strategy, execution, and resources. Tenure of the internship is 5 weeks.

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with exceptional academic credentials.
• Intellectual curiosity.
• Demonstrated teamwork balanced with the ability to direct independent work.
• Process and apply new concepts quickly and effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Very organized with focused attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• General computer skills required.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated competency in juggling multiple tasks and demands.
• High level of ethics.

Wages: Based on an annual salary of $80,000 ($38.46 per hour paid bi-weekly).
